Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Place the BlazePod kit and all accessories in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
